THE BAR & ROOFTOP TERRACE

If we love it, we stock it.

This is our mantra for the bar menu. Because here, you get what we would order ourselves. So, if we find something we love - we add it to the bar. Simply put.  
 
You have two bars to pick from. Take a seat on the top of the city with a superb city view – or inside the 1st floor lobby bar, where you sip cocktails side by side with raw silos. The lobby bar is centered around the spine of the hotel - literally. A customized light installation runs from the bottom of the bar up to the top of the ceiling, representing the spine and strong figure of Ottilia (whom, the hotel is named after). 

If you feel like a little 360-degree view of the Carlsberg City District, you simply head up to the top of the hotel - and the rooftop terrace awaits, serving just that! In the morning, it also serves a delicious curated breakfast - and Italian treats for lunch and dinner.

GIN FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD
As an addition to the rest of the bar menu, you find a signature gin selection – from classics to rare kinds. We’ve got gin from around the world, and an extensive range of Danish gin. Order ‘on the rocks’ or get a G&T with several garnish to make it truly magical, your call! 
 
(But one particularly thing we would recommend trying is our own Wilderness Gin) 
CREATED WITH HAMMER & SON 
A unique gin created from Danish nature by Henrik Hammer- the man behind the award-winning ’Geranium Gin’. It is called ’Wilderness Gin’ as it represents the four seasons and is made of botanicals from the wild Danish nature - all handpicked and plucked by our own team. 
BREWED BY JACOBSEN, CARLSBERG
A Jacobsen beer exclusively brewed for Brøchner Hotels. It is the result of a local collaboration between Brøchner Hotels and Carlsberg brewery. Together we’ve crafted an unfiltered pale pilsner that’s crisp with subtle floral notes with the statement ’No Ordinary Beer’.
REATED WITH ADEGA MAYOR 
ONE is produced by the acknowledged Portuguese family-owned winery, Adega Mayor, known for high-class quality wine. A shared passion for wine and a true dedication to making it unique brought us together to create the “one and only” wine. So, we named it ‘ONE’. 
ONE comes as a smooth silky red and a fresh delicate white. Both are served during our daily Wine Hour

When you stay with us, you are always invited for both Wine Hour and Nightcap Hour, where we offer afternoon wine and late-night tipples. So, when the clock strikes 5 PM we pour a glass (or more if you'd like) of red, white, or port wine for you – we also got an excellent non-alco white. At 10 PM, there are neat liquor and spirits waiting for you. On the house – every day!
