CONDITIONS


These terms and conditions apply to all of our products and services provided by Brøchner Hotels through our online platforms, email and telephone to our Customers and Guests. By accessing and making a booking through our online platform the Customers agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. WORDINGS

In Terms and Conditions, the following words have the following meaning:

“Brøchner Hotels” means Brøchner Hotels A/S, CVR number 35474676, working under the laws of Denmark, and other companies (hotels) registered and owned in the same group company.

"Booking" means the reservation made and completed by the Customer and accepted by Brøchner Hotels.

“Customer” means the person that purchases Brøchner Hotels products and services and makes the Booking.

“Guests” means the Customer and any other person which is part of the Booking.

“Hotel” means the hotel owned and operated by the same group company, Brøchner Hotels.

“Platform” means the website and the mobile version of the website owned, controlled, and managed by Brøchner Hotels. The website is maintained and hosted by Ketchup Digital.

2. BOOKINGS

Customers can request and complete Bookings via telephone by calling Brøchner Hotels staff or via Brøchner Hotels' website.

To complete Bookings, Customers will be required to provide general personal data, such as first name, last name, email, and/or telephone number. Additional information may be asked by Brøchner Hotels and provided by the Customer, but not required, such as country of residence, preferred language, and other customer-related general information.

The Booking is completed when Brøchner Hotels approves the reservation and provides a Booking number.

Required Customer changes will be accommodated by Brøchner Hotels based on its capabilities. Customer changes related to the length of stay and add-on or removal of products and/or services, could or will be subjected to additional payment depending on the product and/or service availability and the current standard rate.

Customers can also book beds per night in shared rooms in the hostels from Brøchner Hotels group company. Brøchner Hotels will seek to add the people from the same booking in the same room, however, that is not guaranteed in shared rooms.

2.1 BOOKING SP34 APARTMENTS

For direct bookings on our website and non-negotiated agreements.

A maximum of 90 consecutive days can be booked. You can book more than 90 days if these are not consecutive days.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount (maximum 30 days) will be charged 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation is permitted with a full refund of a flexible reservation if you notify us 15 days before arrival.
If a reservation is canceled less than 15 days before arrival, a cancellation fee that equals the deposit will be charged. However, a maximum of 30 days.
If the stay I shortened or canceled after check-in, we refer to our current cancellation policy which is 50% of the total amount. However, a maximum of 30 days.

In case of a No-Show, 50% of the amount will be charged. However, a maximum of 30 days.
For reservations booked through a third-party platform, such as Hotels.com, Booking.com, etc. it applies that they are subject to the cancellation terms as stated on the booking platform when the reservation is made.

If you choose a non-flexible / non-refundable reservation it cannot be refunded, modified, or moved to other dates once it is made.
Any refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the initiated cancellation and the money will be refunded to the credit card used for the payment.


3. RATES AND PAYMENT

All rates are in Danish Kroner - and include service and VAT 25%.

All charges are provided by Brøchner Hotels upon Customer request during Booking or later during Check-in or Check-out.

For BOOK1 Design Hostel all bookings require prepayment 48 hOURS before arrival.

The Charges only cover the accommodation at Brøchner Hotels and the included products and services in the Booking.

Customers may inquire additional charges during their stay which are not included in the Booking for some Rates, including restaurant meals, room service, or bar orders.

Customers will be informed of the additional charges upon Customer request or during Check-out.

All rates are by default non-refundable. In the event of a Booking cancelation, the Customer will have to pay the whole bill. Additionally, Customers cannot modify or change the Name of the Booking.

Full payment is required to book unless you opt to add the Flexible Rate option.

Flexible Rate is the option to book now and pay the whole bill when you check in. Also, cancel up until 12 pm on your arrival day with no cancellation fee.

For BOOK1 Design Hostel flexible rates requires a full prepayment 48 hOURS prior to arrival. Free cancellation is only possible 48 hOURS prior to arrival.

Payment of our flexible rates without any restrictions is due upon departure. For BOOK1 Design Hostel a full prepayment 48 hOURS prior to arrival is required.

Customers can use a Company ID or Promo code, if they have one, and will receive a special rate based on the company agreement or the promo discount. Customers with Corporate Agreements and Block Groups do not necessarily have access to select the Flexible Rate since their rate is already set as flexible based on the Contract agreed and signed with Brøchner Hotels.

Customers can pay the full amount in advance or pay a booking fee/or deposit and provide Debit or Credit Card information via which payment of the Charges and Additional Charges will be made.

Brøchner Hotels accept the following payment methods: American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, JCB, Maestro, and Mobile pay.

We accept payment with CreditCards and debit cards. For Guarantee, we only accept credit cards. It is not possible to pay by cash or bank transfer before the day of arrival. For bank transfer, a negotiated agreement must have been reached between Brøchner Hotels and a Danish-located company.

Brøchner Hotels reserves the right to ask for identification that matches the identity of the credit card holder and the right to cancel the reservation should we suspect that the reservation is booked with a stolen card.

Cash is accepted by Brøchner Hotels if it is paid only in person during the Check-in process.

3.1 SP34 APARTMENTS

For reservations made more than 15 days in advance, we collect 50% of the total amount (however a maximum of 30 days) 15 days prior to arrival. Brøchner Hotels will reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the payment cannot be made with the credit card registered. The remaining amount will be charged on the day of arrival at check-in.

A credit card must be presented at check-in for any extras that a paid on an ongoing basis or at check-out.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Our prepaid online rates & restricted promotional offers cannot be changed or canceled and must be paid at the time of booking.

If you have reserved a flexible rate without any restrictions, you can cancel your reservation before 12 PM on the day of arrival free of charge. However, this only applies for BOOK1 Design Hostel if a special rate without any restrictions is agreed upon.

If the Customer fails to give notice before 12 PM on the day of arrival and/or fails to arrive (no show), the Booking will be referred to as Cancelled and the Customer must pay the full amount of the Booking Charges. For BOOK1 Design Hostel a late cancellation or no-show will be charged the full amount of the booking charges.

Cancelation terms may differ for Customers with Corporate Agreements and Block Groups. The cancelation terms for these Customers are defined in the contract agreed and signed with Brøchner Hotels.

Brøchner Hotels can cancel Bookings due to unavailability or any circumstances outside Brøchner Hotels. In this case, the Customer will receive a full refund of the Booking made, if paid in advance, including any additional booking fees paid.

Brøchner Hotels may cancel any Booking if the payment details provided by the Customer are invalid and cannot provide valid payment replacement details.

5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time at Brøchner Hotels is from 3 PM. Early Check-in can be made based on room availability and upon Customer request. No additional fees are required. If room availability cannot be provided, Guests can leave their baggage in the Baggage Room until the Check-in process can be done. BOOK1 Design Hostel rents out lockers for this purpose.

Check-out time at Brøchner Hotels is until 11 AM. Late Check-out until 12 PM is complimentary and based on room availability. No additional fees are required. Late Check-out after 12 PM is charged with a fixed price per hour. Guests can leave their baggage in the Baggage Room after Check-out for a period that is agreed upon with the Customer.

AT BOOK1 DESIGN HOSTEL LATE CHECK-OUT IS CHARGED AFTER 11 AM.

6. FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Unless included in the Rate, the Booking does not include Food and Beverages.

Brøchner Hotels works in partnership with local restaurants and provide the possibility to book a table in the Customer’s name.

Reservations can be made before the Arrival date or during Customer's stay, by contacting Brøchner Hotels' reception desk and booking a table.

The payment can be made directly in the restaurant or posted on the room number or Booking.

At BOOK1 Design Hostel it is not possible to post on the room. All extras must be settled directly.

7. DISCLAIMER

Brøchner Hotels is only responsible for the security of its facilities and the accommodation, products, and services it provides.

The customer agrees that all the above are for private use only.

Brøchner Hotels is not responsible for any property loss, loss of profit, or loss of business.

However, in case, the above (property loss, loss of profit, or loss of business), can be concluded and agreed by Brøchner Hotels that they were a direct and obvious consequence of Brøchner Hotels employees' negligence, shortcomings of Brøchner Hotels products and services, then Brøchner Hotels it is responsible for the loss of damage suffered by the Customer.

Brøchner Hotels will not be accountable for any failure or delay to perform its obligations when a failure or delay is caused by a third-party supplier or external events which are outside Brøchner Hotels' control.

8. GENERAL

The guest is liable for the furnishing and fittings during their stay and will be charged for any damages before checking out. Guests are liable for all damages caused by their guests aside from normal wear and tear. For any damages, Brøchner Hotels has the right to charge an amount according to the circumstances.

If additional room cleaning is required after the guests check out date. Brøchner Hotels has the right to charge for extra cleaning.
The cleaning service does not include washing dirty dishes left in the SP34 apartment. If dirty dishes are left upon departure, an additional cost of DKK 500,- will be charged. This charge only affects the SP34 Apartments.

It is not permitted to smoke anywhere indoors, beside an open window, or on the balcony. If these smoking rules are violated, Brøchner Hotels has the right to charge costs incurred for decontamination, with a minimum charge of DKK 5.000,-.

It is not allowed to remove or disassemble the fire sensors in the room for any reason. Failure to comply will result in a minimum charge of DKK 7.500,-.

No animals are allowed on ANY OF THE Brøchner Hotels' property.

Bookings are not accepted by persons under the age of 18.

Customers and Guests are required to conduct themselves in a polite and responsible manner that may not disturb the other Customers. Failure to comply with this policy may subject the Customer to leave the Brøchner Hotels property and pay an extra charge for Guests-disturbance.

Brøchner Hotels complies with all Danish rules for accommodating disabled Guests.

Customers with any requirements regarding the special treatment for disabled Guests must inform Brøchner Hotels before the Arrival date.

Brøchner Hotels may change the content of its Terms and Conditions and it is subject to versioning. Customers will not receive a notice of these changes. However, the Customer's consent was given to a specific version of the Terms and Conditions, and that, and only that version, will continue to apply to that Booking.

Any new Bookings will agree to the updated version of the Terms and Conditions, which will be available on Brøchner Hotels website. Therefore, it is recommended that Customers read and understand our Terms and Conditions before completing the Booking.
