Ottilia Lager
For the first time in history the international brewery giant, Carlsberg, has brewed a beer distinctively for a hotel - and you can taste it in the bar at Hotel Ottilia.
Ottilia Lager is a golden pilsner brewed with hops farmed and freshly plucked on the rooftop of Hotel Ottilia, and fermented with the original Carlsberg yeast (found in a bottle from 1883).
