WHAT WE DO:
WE HAVE TAKEN EXTRA PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES AND SET UP NEW PROCEDURES IN OUR DAILY ROUTINE BASED ON GUIDELINES FROM OUR LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITIES:
FACE MASK OR FACE SHIELD - is required when entering the hotels, and when moving around inside all public areas, restaurants and conference. So put on your best 'on-the-go' mask and rock that look!
SOCIAL DISTANCING – We make sure to keep a safe distance between guests and the team. Signs and visual cues are installed to remind our guests to practice social distancing.
LIMITED NUMBER OF PERSONS - We follow the restrictions and guidelines from the local authorities. To make it easy for you, we have put up signs with the limitations number of each area, conference, and restaurant. So, help us by not being that “extra person” in the crowd
THE TEAM – is all trained in hygiene protocols that prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and make you feel safe. They wash and sanitize hands after every encounter, and will be wearing face masks or face shields at all times (We promise that they still will be having their brightest smile on to welcome you - 'undercover'). Every colleague is required to stay home if feeling unwell.
CLEAN SURFACES - We clean and disinfect surfaces frequently throughout the day with special attention to high-touch areas. We are using high-level hygiene products, that still live up to the environmental requirements and our sustainable code of conduct.
CLEAN HANDS – We have set up stations in public areas with alcohol-based hand sanitizers for guests.
We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and follow the recommendations of our local health authorities.
TO ARRIVING GUESTS:
GUIDELINES - We know everything is in flux and maybe a bit confusing. So, when arriving at our hotels, we’ve made sure to inform you of the safety procedures, and guidelines to follow these and keep safe.
TOUCH-FREE CHECK-IN – You can check-in (and out) with your phone by downloading the app Aeroguest. You can of course also safely check-in as usual in the lobby bar.
CASH FREE – We offer cash-free methods of payments in the lobby bar
LOOK FOR ANY SIGNS – If you show any signs of COVID-19 infection, please do not enter the hotel. We will help direct to a doctor to get tested
ROOM KEYS - are disinfected and handed out without any physical contact. On selected hotels, you can use the Aeroguest app as a room key as well.
EXTRA CLEAN ROOMS – We have stepped up the daily cleaning in all hotel rooms. We use disinfectant detergents and make sure to pay extra attention to high-touch items
THE BARS & FACILITIES
SOCIAL SPACES - at the moment, we can only welcome staying guests. No drinks or food can be enjoyed in the social spaces
OUR BARS - are open until 10 PM. We are able to serve from the bar as take-away for both staying guests and visitors
WINE HOUR – is of course still waiting for you every day from 5-6 PM in the lobby bar, served with the greatest care as pick up to enjoy in the room
ELEVATORS – are limited to a maximum number of guests per car. We endorse you to take the stairs to keep a safe distance. They take you anywhere – and let you burn some calories, win!
FITNESS – Our available fitness rooms are open with a limit of 2 persons at the same time. They are equipped with cleaning spray and hand sanitizers. At all our hotels, we offer a fitness kit to bring to your room – free of charge.
THE BREAKFAST & RESTAURANTS
ORGANIC BREAKFAST – Our breakfast is currently only available as to-go. The breakfast selection is just as you know it. But to stay safe and follow restrictions, we are now serving the breakfast as pickup to enjoy in your room. A selection of your choice will be portion-packed for you on a tray. You still get smoothies, juices, all types of coffee and tea included - but in to-go cups. Want us to bring it? Then you can order the breakfast as room service for DKK 65 - if you are staying in our Penthouse Suite or Loft Suite it's included!
PARTNER RESTAURANTS – Our partner restaurants are temporarily closed from 9. December 2020. Please follow updates on their websites.
TAKEAWAY - At all our hotels, you can enjoy takeaway in your room. We've gathered a list of the best food spots nearby to order from and bring to the room - or get it delivered.
BEFORE & AFTER – Surfaces are thoroughly cleaned both before and after conferences
RESTRICTIONS – We follow the restrictions and guidelines from the local authorities in the conference rooms
SERVING – Food and snacks for conference guests are portion-packed and served in each conference room

HAVE A BOOKING - but not able to travel or complete your journey? If you booked a non-refundable reservation at one of our hotels directly through us before 11. March 2020, please contact our team: email@example.com. Did you make your booking through an online travel agency or another travel partner, please contact them, as the transaction has been made with them, and they can assist you.

The outbreak of coronavirus has changed our reality, day by day, hour by hour. We have taken all necessary steps to secure that our hotels are not just here today, but also in the future. As a result, we have found it necessary to postpone the opening of our design hostel, BOOK1.
