At Brøchner Hotels, we strive to provide no less than extraordinary guest experiences. The wellbeing of our guests, visitors, and the team is our main priority, so you can feel safe from check-in to check-out, and everywhere in between. Here’s what we do based on guidelines from our local health authorities.
WHAT WE DO:
The daily routine procedures we do to keep you and our team safe:
SOCIAL DISTANCING – We make sure to keep a safe distance between guests and the team.
THE TEAM – is all trained in hygiene protocols that prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and make you feel safe. They wash and sanitize hands after every encounter. Hands are dried with paper, not towels. Every colleague is required to stay home if feeling unwell.
CLEAN SURFACES - We clean and disinfect surfaces frequently throughout the day with special attention to high-touch areas. We are using high-level hygiene products, that still live up to the environmental requirements and our sustainable code of conduct.
THE ROOMS – We use disinfectant detergents and make sure to pay extra attention to high-touch items
We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and follow the recommendations of our local health authorities.
LOOK FOR ANY SIGNS – If you show any signs of COVID-19 infection, please do not enter the hotel. We will help direct to a doctor to get tested.
CLEAN HANDS – We have set up stations in public areas with alcohol-based hand sanitizers for guests. In public restrooms, hands are dried with paper, not towels.
TOUCH-FREE CHECK-IN – You can check-in (and out) with your phone by downloading the app Aeroguest. You can of course also safely check-in as usual in the lobby bar.
ROOM KEYS - are disinfected after use. On selected hotels, you can use the Aeroguest app as a room key as well.
CASH FREE – We offer cash-free methods of payments in the lobby bar
THE BREAKFAST & RESTAURANTS
ORGANIC BREAKFAST – our organic breakfast has the same delicious selection as always in the restaurant. Want us to bring it to your room? Then you can order the breakfast as room service for DKK 69 - if you are staying in our Penthouse Suite or Loft Suite it's included!
PARTNER RESTAURANTS – Are all open. Please follow updates on their individual websites.
THE BARS & FACILITIES
THE BARS & SOCIAL SPACES - are open for everyone
WINE HOUR – is of course still waiting for you every day from 5-6 PM in the lobby bar.
NIGHTCAP HOUR – is served at Hotel SP34 from 10-11 PM in the lobby bar.
It is possible to book a conference, meeting, or event without any restrictions.
BEFORE & AFTER – Surfaces are thoroughly cleaned both before and after the meeting
